Duncan leads Hayward Tyler and its family of companies in the rotating equipment sector of Avingtrans.

He has more than 20 years of experience in management in an international environment, including direct experience taking businesses through a successful exit process and integration into new ownership.

Duncan’s previous experience includes serving as Managing Director at Rheinhütte Pumpen GmbH / ITT, Managing Director of Peter Brotherhood Ltd., and 15 years in the infrastructure sector of Avingtrans before spending the past 10 years in the rotating equipment sector. 

Outside of work, Duncan enjoys sports, particularly rugby, and spending time with his family.
