As an ASME N-stamped and NUPIC-audited manufacturing facility, we offer engineering services, support, parts & supply management, and repair service, along with a variety of options to upgrade or replace your existing installed equipment. Our highly-experienced team takes a hands-on approach, with a strong attention to detail and deadlines. We supply spare parts for all pumps and motors, including legacy products such as GE, Westinghouse Condenser Circulating Pumps, and Babcock and Wilcox Nuclear.
We adhere to strict quality standards such as ASME and NUPIC, and our inspection department is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that offers the ability to reverse engineer outdated parts.

This facility features shop service with industry-leading turnaround times, and a rapid-response field service team that has reduced repair turnaround times by over 75%, minimizing our customers’ outages and maximizing overall availability. We have extensive experience repairing wet and dry stator motors, along with conventional pump types.
Our US-based design engineering team offers a variety of options to upgrade or replace your existing installed equipment to maximize the performance of your pump or motor. They have extensive experience in selecting the correct material for pumping applications, and can offer upgrade options or changes from those originally specified.
Since plants are often operated past their original design intent, we offer Equipment Life Extension Reviews to validate continued operation of plant equipment past its original design life.
All of our mechanical designs are executed in 3D using Solidworks, and we use a number of simulation tools to verify design performance, including Maxwell electrical simulation, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for hydraulic flow simulations, Finite Elements Analysis (FEA) for structural analysis, and XLrotor for torsional dynamic simulation. In addition, we use Motor Design Limited (MDL) software for analysis of electrical thermal data.
