Drew Van Norman was appointed President of Hayward Tyler’s US operations in 2022.

Drew has over 30 years of experience in the pump industry and joined Hayward Tyler as a Lead Design Engineer in 2016.  Since that time, he has held the positions of Engineering Manager and General Manager.  Prior to joining Hayward Tyler, he held various engineering positions at SPX Flow, a global manufacturing and industrial equipment supplier for the energy sector, leading the design engineering efforts for pumps and rotating process equipment.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from Michigan State University and Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Outside the office, Drew enjoys skiing, cycling, motorcycling, and traveling to spend time with his family.
