Brian serves as the Managing Director of Hayward Tyler in Luton, UK. He has more than 30 years of experience working in the rotating equipment sector, largely spent building and managing global aftermarket services businesses.

At Hayward Tyler, UK, Brian focuses on sustainable and profitable growth to provide a solid platform for its long-term future.

Brian’s business experience includes listed, private equity, and family-held enterprises. His previously held roles include Vice President of Commercial Operations at SPX CUP, Senior Vice President of Aftermarket Services at Moventas (a David Brown Santasalo brand), and Vice President at Hydro, Inc.

He lives with his family in the North Pennines and enjoys property restoration and hill walking.
