Supporting Nuclear Defense
Hayward Tyler has been a reliable partner to the defense industry for more than 40 years. We support new program development through Research and Development Laboratories, support existing programs through prime contractors, and support our equipment in the field directly through the end users.
Our facility in Luton has supported the UK Mod prime contractors since 1984 and continues to support both existing programs and new developments. They have been awarded Rolls Royce Silver Award and maintain UK Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
Our facility in the U.S. is registered with the Directorate for Defense Controls (DDTC) for handling ITAR information, maintains a Joint Certification (JCP) program number, and has implemented the requirements of NIST 800-171. We supply nuclear quality fabrications along with military-qualified pumps to a variety of applications in the defense industry. We have supported the Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program since the 1980s and continue to supply equipment for new projects.
