REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
We provide full repair and overhaul service in our state-of-the-art shop for OEM and non-OEM pumps and motors, with a rapid-response field service team that can provide on-site inspection, repairs, start-up, and commissioning. We have extensive experience repairing wet and dry stator motors, along with conventional pump types.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
We have the expertise to reverse engineer parts from your existing pump and motor. This includes everything from basic concentric shapes to complex geometric components, such as impellers.
Using advanced inspection and scanning equipment, we create 3-D models of existing components. Our design team verifies the critical features and properties of the parts to ensure the original design intent is maintained or improved. We can also offer upgraded designs or materials to improve the reliability of your existing pump and motor. Utilizing advanced 3-D models reduces the manufacturing time for replacement parts, allowing for quicker turnaround.
DESIGN ENGINEERING
Our design engineering team is experienced in analyzing complex engineering problems in pumps and motors — a critical requirement that addresses your most demanding operational issues. Our highly-experienced design and manufacturing engineers provide technical expertise on all contracts.
PUMP AND MOTOR ASSEMBLY
Our 25-ton crane capacity and deep servicing pits are designed to allow for efficient assembly and servicing of large pumps and motors.
MACHINING AND BALANCING
Our new factory features CNC machines for boring, milling and turning, as well as sand blasting, ultrasonic cleaning, and pressure washing equipment. We can refurbish or manufacture new electrical rotors and pump shafts for a variety of pumps and motors — and we can dynamically balance rotating equipment to recognized international standards.
